Healthy Eating


In this area, research is aiming at combining coaching techniques with health-promoting and prevention schemes focusing on eating habits. New patterns supporting behavioral changes, sustainable in the long term and based on scientific evidence and experimental data, will be developed.

At this early stage, we are collecting observational data aimed at identifying both the main challenges hindering change and the turning points triggering behavioral changes in the habits of people engaged in healthy eating programs. The project is mainly aimed at people who find it difficult to stick to suggestions from specialists and are prone to recurrent binges.
